Refund Policy

I. General Policy and Expiration

 

  • No-Refund Default: All purchases for assisted stretch sessions, packages, and gift cards are generally considered final.

  • Expiration: All purchased sessions and packages are subject to an expiration date as posted at the time of purchase (e.g., in the session package details). Sessions must be used before this date.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

 

II. Refund Eligibility (Acceptable Reasons)

 

Flex and Flow LLC will consider a refund for unused sessions or packages only under the following specific, verifiable, and acceptable circumstances:

  • Medical Necessity: Due to serious injury, surgery, or documented illness preventing the client from safely receiving assisted stretching.

  • Relocation: Client moving outside of the service area (defined as [Insert Radius/Area]).

  • Financial Hardship: Documented and verifiable financial changes (case-by-case review).

  • Pregnancy: Due to the policy excluding pregnant women from participation, a full refund for unused sessions will be issued upon confirmation of pregnancy.

 

III. Refund Calculation for Packages

 

  • Method: If a refund is approved for a portion of a package, the value of sessions already used will be deducted from the original purchase price before the refund is issued.

  • Used Session Rate: Used sessions will be deducted at the full, non-discounted, single session rate, not the discounted package rate.

  • Example Clause: If a 10-session package was purchased for $X, but 3 sessions were used, the value of those 3 sessions (calculated at the current single session price) will be subtracted from $X, and the remainder will be refunded.

 

IV. Request and Approval Process

 

  • Procedure: All refund requests must be submitted to Flex and Flow LLC in writing (e.g., via the customer support email).

  • Documentation: Requests must include supporting documentation for the "acceptable reason" (e.g., doctor's note, moving contract, etc.).

  • Final Approval: All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Flex and Flow LLC and are subject to final review and approval.
