Terms & Conditions

I. Acceptance of Terms

 

  • Agreement: States that by using the Flex and Flow website or booking services, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Legal Entity: Identifies the service provider as Flex and Flow LLC, registered in Wisconsin.

 

II. Description of Services

 

  • Service Provided: Assisted Stretching services for the purpose of increasing range of motion and improving flexibility.

  • Limitation: Clearly states that services provided are not medical treatments, diagnosis, physical therapy, or substitutes for professional medical advice. Clients must consult with a physician if they have medical concerns.

 

III. Eligibility and Health Requirements

 

  • Age Restriction: Minimum age to participate is 14 years old. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent and must have the waiver signed by a parent/guardian.

  • Health Waiver: Participation is contingent upon signing a separate Health Waiver before the first session. By booking, the client confirms they are fit to participate and that participation does not pose a risk to their health.

  • Medical Exclusion: Pregnant women are currently ineligible for assisted stretching services at Flex and Flow LLC.

 

IV. Financial Terms and Payments

 

  • Payment Processor: Payments for all services are processed through Wix Payments.

  • Payment Obligation: The client agrees to pay all fees for services and sessions purchased.

 

V. Session Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy (CRUCIAL SECTION)

 

  • Cancellation Window: Clients must provide 12 hours notice or more to cancel a scheduled session.

    • Result: The purchased session will be recredited to the client's account for future use, with no additional charge.

  • Late Cancellation (Under 12 Hours):

    • Default: Cancellations made within the 12-hour window will generally result in the loss of the session.

    • Exception: At the sole discretion of Flex and Flow LLC, cancellations within the 12-hour window due to reasonable circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, verifiable emergency) may receive a session recredit without charge. Clients must contact Flex and Flow promptly to explain the circumstance.

  • No Call/No Show: Any client who fails to attend a booked session without providing prior notice will be considered a loss of session and will not be recredited.

 

VI. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 

  • Assumption of Risk: The client acknowledges that assisted stretching involves a risk of injury and voluntarily assumes those risks.

  • Liability Limit: Flex and Flow LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during a session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Flex and Flow staff.

 

VII. Intellectual Property

 

  • All content on the Flex and Flow website (logos, text, images, etc.) is the property of Flex and Flow LLC.

 

VIII. Governing Law

 

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
